Supporting Documentation

Provide the following URLs and documents so Nuacom can submit your 10DLC registration to Twilio/TCR. All fields marked * are required by the carrier.

These documents are required by TCR (The Campaign Registry) to verify your business and approve your SMS campaign. Missing documents will delay registration.

1. Official Business Registration Document URL

Link to or description of your document showing Legal Business Name and Tax ID/EIN (e.g. IRS CP 575 Notice). Upload to Google Drive and paste the share link, or describe where to obtain it.

2. Public-Facing Website URL*

Your live business website accessible to the public.

3. Live Opt-In Mechanism URL*

Link to your web sign-up form, opt-in page, or a hosted image of your physical form/call script where customers consent to receive SMS.

4. Privacy Policy URL*

Your public Privacy Policy page. Must include a clause stating that customer data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions URL*

Your public SMS Terms & Conditions page. Must include message frequency disclosure, "message and data rates may apply", and opt-out instructions (STOP/HELP).

If your Privacy Policy or SMS Terms pages don't exist yet, you must create them before your 10DLC registration can be approved. Nuacom cannot submit without these URLs.
